Purchase Order

Purchase Order. Means a purchase order released by Distributor for Products, including the MTWA Test Module and Sensor Test Kits.

Purchase Order. Means a written or electronic order form submitted by Purchaser in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to Company authorizing the manufacture and supply of Product. Purchase Order. Means a written blanket order for the purchase of a specified quantity of Wafers or Probe Services submitted by Conexant to Company.

Purchase Order. Means a written purchase order for Products or Services submitted by CUSTOMER to Supplier pursuant to Section 4.2.

Purchase Order. Means Distributor's form of purchase order delivered to Supplier and as may be updated by Distributor upon reasonable prior written notice to Supplier.

Purchase Order. Means a purchase order, contract or other administrative form or document (including any revisions or amendments of any of the aforementioned) issued by Buyer to Seller to purchase Material.

Purchase Order. A written purchase order issued by Company to Provider via EDI or other mutually agreed to means for the purchase of Products or Components at a stated quantity, unit price, and delivery date.

Purchase Order. A document issued by Buyer to Seller requesting and authorizing Seller to deliver goods. A Purchase Order must clearly indicate the issue date, unit price, total amount, unit quantities, specifications and origin of the required Goods, payment terms, delivery window, and packaging.

Purchase Order. A Brocade purchase order for the purchase of the Products issued to Solectron pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
