Purchase Order

Purchase Order. An official purchase order for Products made by IQE plc or an Ordering Entity for any Products that are not within the Minimum Purchase.

Purchase Order. A BUYER purchase order issued to SUPPLIER for the purchase of Products pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement

Purchase Order. Has the meaning given in Clause 4.2;

Purchase Order. Shall mean the NetScreen written authorization stipulating the product(s), Engineering Change and/or Revision level, quantity, pricing, and requested delivery date(s).

Purchase Order. Or "P.O." shall mean an offer from S3 received by Intellon, whether in written or other form, or in electronic form, to purchase or schedule delivery of a specified amount of Products that complies with the requirements set forth in this Agreement.

Purchase Order. Shall mean a Com21 purchase order issued to Company A pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

Purchase Order. Shall mean a Customer Purchase Order in a form provided by Customer.

Purchase Order. Document issued by the Administrator to ARCA and executed by the Parties, which contains the terms and conditions for the Work described herein.

Purchase Order. Written orders for the Product issued by any ABI Party and placed with APP.

Purchase Order. Shall mean the purchase order submitted by Licensee to AvantGo -------------- and accepted by AvantGo for Licensee's use of the Software. The Purchase Order shall set forth certain information, including but not limited to, Licensee's name, authorized contact name, address, the Designated Site, Identified Configuration, Software Description, Number of Permitted User Handheld Devices, License Fee, Maintenance and Support Fees, and the Term of Maintenance and Support.
