Purchase Period

Purchase Period. The first 10 business days of each calendar quarter of each Plan Year during the effectiveness of the Plan, or such other date or dates determined by the Committee at least 20 days in advance of a particular calendar quarter.

Purchase Period. A period as determined by the Board in accordance with Section 4(b), the final day of which is a Purchase Date

Purchase Period. A period of three (3) months within an Offering Period

Purchase Period. Shall mean a period of six (6) months coinciding with each Offering Period, including the first Purchase Period as set forth in Section 4(b)

Purchase Period. One of four one-month Purchase Periods established by the Committee during which Participating Partners may elect to exercise Rights and purchase Shares under the Program.

Purchase Period. The period during an Offering Period that shares of Common Stock may be purchased on a Participant's behalf in accordance with the terms of the Plan. Unless the Administrator provides otherwise, the Purchase Period will have the same duration and coincide with the length of the Offering Period

Purchase Period. Means, except as otherwise determined by the Committee, a semi-annual period commencing January 1 and ending June 30, or commencing July 1 and ending December 31.

Purchase Period. Means, unless otherwise determined by the Administrator, a period of approximately six (6) months, commencing on June 1 and December 1 of each year and terminating on the next following November 30 or May 31, respectively.

Purchase Period. A three-month, six-month, or other period, as determined by the Committee. The first Purchase Period shall commence on the Plan's Effective Date. Subsequent Purchase Periods, if any, shall run consecutively after the termination of the preceding Purchase Period. Consistent with Section 19 of the Plan, the Purchase Period cannot be a period that would give rise to deferred compensation subject to Code section 409A.
