Example Definitions of "Purchase Period"
Purchase Period. A period of time specified in the invitation within an Offering, beginning on the Grant Date and ending on the Acquisition Date, or such earlier date as may be established under Section 11 of the Plan
Purchase Period. Means a period of approximately six (6) months, commencing on November 16 and May 16 of each year and terminating on the next following May 15 or November 15 respectively.
