Example Definitions of "Purchase Period"
Purchase Period. Shall mean each approximately six-month period commencing on the Trading Day next following the last previous Exercise Date and ending on the Trading Day that occurs on or immediately following the six month anniversary of the commencement of the Purchase Period.
Purchase Period. A period of six months beginning each January 1 and duly 1 or such other period set by the Committee before the beginning of the related Election Period which shall begin on a date which follows the end of such Election Period and which shall run for no more than one year.
Purchase Period. Means a period of approximately six months, commencing on May 15 and November 15 of each year and terminating on the next following November 14 or May 14, respectively; provided, however, that the first Purchase Period shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end on May 14, 2005.
