Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. Means the total consideration actually paid by Purchaser for the Acquired Assets pursuant to Sections 2.7(a) and 2.7(b)
Purchase Price. 85 percent of the lesser of: (1) the Fair Market Value per Share on the Offering Commencement Date, or if such date is not a trading day, then on the next trading day thereafter or (2) the Fair Market Value per Share on the Offering Termination Date, or if such date is not a trading day, then on the trading day immediately preceding the Offering Termination Date.
Purchase Price. Shall mean the price paid for Shares upon the exercise of a Stock Option granted hereunder.
Purchase Price. For each Purchase Period shall mean a price which is equal to 85 % of the average Closing Prices for a share of Stock during the related Valuation Period.
Purchase Price. Means $7,000,000.
