Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. Shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.
Purchase Price. A price of $1.62 per share.
Purchase Price. A price of $1.38 per share.
Purchase Price. With respect to each Purchased Asset, the price at which such Purchased Asset is transferred by Seller to Buyer on the Purchase Date, which absent agreement between Buyer and Seller to the contrary shall equal the Asset Value of such Purchased Asset on the related Purchase Date, and thereafter, shall equal such initial Purchase Price as reduced from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.
Purchase Price. Means $60,000, representing a 10% original issuance discount on the Note to offset legal and transaction costs.
Purchase Price. Means the aggregate amount set forth opposite the Investors' names on the signature pages attached hereto, which shall represent the amount which is $0.75 multiplied by the aggregate number of Units set forth opposite the Investors' names on the signature pages attached to this Agreement.
Purchase Price. Seventeen Million Six Hundred Thirty-One Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars ($17,631,458) in good funds, plus or minus all adjustments, prorations, and credits as provided in this Agreement.

With respect to a Contribution Period, an amount equal to 85% (or such other percentage as the Committee may establish from time to time before any Commencement Date, though in no case may such percentage be less than 85%) of the Fair Market Value of a Share on the Commencement Date or on the Purchase Date, whichever is lower, subject to such additional limitations which may be set by the Committee from time to time.
Purchase Price. Means an aggregate of $250,000 at $0.45 per share.
