Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. An amount equal to eighty-five percent (85%) of the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the Offering Date or on the Exercise Date, whichever is lower; provided however, that the Administrator, in its discretion, may establish a different Purchase Price for any Offering Period pursuant to Section 21, subject to compliance with Section 423 of the Code to the extent applicable
Purchase Price. Means up to Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000).
Purchase Price. Means amount in cash in U.S. dollars equal to the sum of (a) the Exchange Units Purchase Price and (b) the Exchange Shares Purchase Price.
Purchase Price. The amount in cash in U.S. dollars equal to the product obtained by multiplying (a) the aggregate number of Class A Shares for which an Exchange Right would be exercisable pursuant to its terms by (b) the subscription price per Class A Share, as set forth in the Registration Statement, as amended through the date of this Agreement and as it may be further amended from time to time, of the Company.
