Quality Agreement

Quality Agreement. The Quality Agreement, in the form attached as Exhibit C, entered into by Baxter and Halozyme as of the Agreement Date, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4 or as the parties otherwise mutually agree in writing

Quality Agreement. A signed written agreement between Althea and Client that defines the quality roles and responsibilities of each Party in connection with Production of Client Product substantially in the form which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Appendix D.

Quality Agreement. Means the Quality Agreement for the Manufacturing and Supply of Tocosol® Paclitaxel Injectable Emulsion between Sonus and Sicor Pharmaceuticals, Inc., effective as of February 1, 2005. A complete copy of the Quality Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Quality Agreement. That certain Quality Agreement for cGMP Manufacturing of Phase II/III and III AAV1/SERCA2a Purified Bulk Drug Substance and Testing of Bulk Drug Substance and Drug Product entered into by the parties prior to the Amendment Date.

Quality Agreement. The Quality Agreement of even date herewith entered into by the Parties containing quality assurance provisions applicable for the Clinical and Registration Production and, in general, Manufacturing to be carried out under this Agreement. A copy of the Quality Agreement is attached hereto as Annex A.

Quality Agreement. A separate agreement, executed in accordance with § 8.3 of the Agreement, between the Parties which shall be incorporated herein by reference, and following its execution shall be attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B, and which sets forth, among other things, the quality control and quality assurance terms for the Product. Quality Agreement. The applicable agreement, entered into by the Parties, that defines the quality roles and responsibilities of each party in connection with the manufacture of each Product by Lonza pursuant to the MSA.

Quality Agreement. Means the written agreement, signed by both Parties, that sets forth the safety, quality control, and quality assurance aspects of the manufacture and supply of the Product. The Quality Agreement shall be executed by both Parties prior to the initiation of the first batch of Product.

Quality Agreement. The quality agreement between MOLECULAR MEDICINE and SPONSOR in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G, as it may be amended from time to time.

Quality Agreement. (i) the Quality Agreement entered into between the Parties contemporaneously with the 2006 Supply Agreement, and (ii) the Quality Agreement to be entered into between the Parties as soon as reasonably possible after the execution of this Agreement, each as may be revised by the Parties from time to time and which form an integral part hereof.
