Quality Agreement

Quality Agreement. Shall mean the (Technical) Quality Agreement among Amylin, Collaboration Partner and Manufacturer dated as of the Effective Date, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and made a part hereof.

Quality Agreement. The Quality Agreement, in the form attached as Exhibit C, entered into by Baxter and Halozyme as of the Agreement Date, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4 or as the parties otherwise mutually agree in writing

Quality Agreement. Has the meaning given in Clause 11.1;

Quality Agreement. The form of Quality Agreement substantially in the form of Appendix B hereto.

Quality Agreement. The quality agreement, including all schedules, to be agreed between the parties upon the Notice of Supply and attached to this Agreement as Schedule 4.

Quality Agreement. Refers to a separate agreement, which shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement, that sets out the parties' respective quality related responsibilities and the Customer's quality assurance standards for Corden's Manufacture of Product and performance of Services.

Quality Agreement. Means the applicable agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Supplier and Purchaser, in the form of Schedule 1.28 attached hereto relating to the Product manufactured at Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Quality Agreement. Means the applicable agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Supplier and Purchaser, in the form of Schedule 1.31 attached hereto relating to the Product manufactured at the Manufacturing Facility.

Quality Agreement. Shall mean the (Technical) Quality Agreement between Company and Manufacturer dated as of October 16, 2002, or that agreed in writing on any subsequent date between the parties, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and made a part hereof.

Quality Agreement. Means the document agreed to by the Parties in the form attached hereto as Appendix 5, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
