Real Property

Real Property. Means any estates or interests in real property now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor and the improvements thereto

Real Property. Real property owned from time to time by the Company or the Operating Partnership, either directly or through Joint Ventures, which consists of (i) land only, (ii) land, including the buildings located thereon, (iii) buildings only or (iv) such investments the Board and the Advisor mutually designate as Real Property to the extent such investments could be classified as Real Property.

Real Property. Land, rights in land (including leasehold interests), and any buildings, structures, improvements, furnishings, fixtures and equipment located on or used in connection with land and rights or interests in land.

Real Property. That portion of each Property constituting real property.

Real Property. The land and improvements described in the Security Documents

Real Property. The meaning ascribed to it in Recital A

Real Property. Shall mean the fee estate of Seller in and to the aggregate of the Land, the Building, the Fixtures, Seller's right, title and interest, if any, in the streets, roads, lands and alleys in front of and adjacent to the Land, and the hereditaments and appurtenances to the Improvements and the Land, including without limitation all easements, rights-of-way, air rights and other similar interests appertaining to the Land or the Building.

Real Property. Has the meaning set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
