Real Property

Real Property. Has the meaning specified in the Securities Purchase Agreement.

Real Property. Shall mean all real estate interests of Assignor at the Effective Time, including all interest of Assignor in and to all real estate owned or leased relating to the 8 Banking Offices and other offices or structures used by Assignor in the Bank Business or otherwise owned by Assignor, but excluding Other Real Estate Owned.

Real Property. Has the meaning set forth in ss.4(k) below.

Real Property. Shall mean Titan's fee simple interest in the location at 1035 Lee Road, Orlando, FL 32810.

Real Property. Shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals. 3

Real Property. Shall mean the real estate acquired for the Project and all Improvements.

Real Property. Means any real property owned by Toymax or in which Toymax holds a leasehold interest.

Real Property. Shall mean the land and improvements described in the Security Documents. In addition to the foregoing terms, when accounting terms used in this Agreement are not specifically defined herein, they shall have the meanings attributable to them under generally accepted accounting principles.
