Representatives

Representatives. Shall mean the Depositor Representative and/or the Recipient Representative.

Representatives. Shall mean, in relation to a Party, its respective Affiliates and the directors, officers, employees, agents, advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers and consultants of such Party and/or of its Affiliates.

Representatives. Shall mean, with respect to any Person, the officers, directors, principals, employees, agents, advisors, bankers, counsel, and other representatives of such Person.

Representatives. Means a Party's Affiliates and each of their respective personnel, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, attorneys, third-party advisors, successors, and permitted assigns.
