Representatives

Representatives. Shall mean a Party's affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, consultants, advisors and other representatives.

Representatives. Shall include a party's Affiliates and the directors, managers, members, officers, employees, agents, partners or advisors of such party (including, without limitation, attorneys, accountants, consultants, bankers and financial advisors) of all of them.

Representatives. Shall mean, with respect to any Person, the partners (general and/or limited), members, equity holders, managers, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and other representatives and affiliates of such Person.

Of a Party shall mean directors, officers, employees, auditors, counsel, financial and other advisors and other representatives and Affiliates of such Party, and such Affiliates' directors, officers, employees, auditors, counsel, financial and other advisors and other representatives.

Representatives. Shall mean a Party's employees, officers, directors, agents, Affiliates, consultants, contractors, professional advisors or other authorized representatives.

Representatives. Means the individuals identified and authorized by Customer to have access to the Customer Area in accordance with this Agreement. All Representatives must be registered with Lessor. Representatives may be changed by Customer from time to time only by advance written notice, of at least one business day, to Lessor.

Representatives. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Explanatory Statement.

Representatives. Of any Person means the officers, directors, employees, accountants, counsel, investment bankers, financial advisors and other representatives of such Person.

Representatives. Means a party's Affiliates, and the party's and its Affiliates' respective employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, contractors, consultants and advisors.
