Representatives. Shall mean a Party's affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, consultants, advisors and other representatives.
Representatives. Shall include a party's Affiliates and the directors, managers, members, officers, employees, agents, partners or advisors of such party (including, without limitation, attorneys, accountants, consultants, bankers and financial advisors) of all of them.
