Restricted Area. Any geographic area in the world in which you worked or for which you had job responsibilities, including supervisory responsibilities, during the last twelve (12) months of your employment with IBM.

Restricted Area. Means the United States of America or in any other country in which the Company has received or applied for regulatory clearances or approvals for Company Products.
