Restricted Area

Restricted Area. Shall mean the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, and the area within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of that city; provided, however, that in the event the Executive voluntarily terminates this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 6.3, the Restricted Area shall (a) after the first twelve (12) months of the Restriction Period, exclude the Las Vegas Strip (which is defined as that area bounded by Paradise Road and straight extensions thereof on the East, Charleston Boulevard on the North, I-15 on the West,... and Sunset Road on the South) and (b) after a Change in Control, exclude Downtown Las Vegas (which is defined as that area bounded by Eastern Avenue and straight extensions thereof on the East, I-515 (U.S. Highway 93/95) on the North, I-15 on the West, and Charleston Boulevard on the South). Restricted Area. The area that encompasses a 35-mile radius from each banking or other office location of the Company and its Affiliates

Restricted Area. Any geographic area in the world in which you worked or for which you had job responsibilities, including supervisory responsibilities, during the last twelve (12) months of your employment with IBM.

Restricted Area. Each state in the United States and each country in which the Company or its Affiliates are actively engaged in or pursuing business at the time of Executive's termination of employment.

Restricted Area. Restricted Area. Means any place in the United States of America in which Company actively did business within the twelve (12) months prior to Executive's termination of employment. 11

Restricted Area. Shall mean a radius of 50 miles from each and any banking office (whether a main office, branch office, or loan or deposit production office) operated by Bank as of the last day of Executive's employment with Employer.

Restricted Area. Means anywhere in the world where Executive's use or disclosure of Confidential Information could disadvantage the Company.

Restricted Area. Means the broadest of the following, unless a court or arbitrator determines otherwise: (i) any country in which the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated entities engages in business; (ii) North America; (iii) the United States, (iv) any state in the United States and location in North America in which the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated entities engages in business; (v) a 100-mile radius of any location in which the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated... entities engages in its business; (vi) a 50-mile radius of any location in which the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated entities engages in its business; (vii) any state in the United States in which you, during your employment, provided services or had a material presence or influence at any time during the two years prior to your termination; (viii) the State of North Carolina; and (ix) any geographic area in which you, during your employment, had personal contact with or conducted business with customers of the Company at any time during the Look Back Period. Restricted Area. The "Restricted Area" shall mean any country where the Company operates a call center, and shall further mean any metropolitan area or city (whichever is greater in scope), in which the Company maintains any other business location.
