Example Definitions of "Restricted Area"
Restricted Area. The Restricted Area shall mean any area within the United States and/or in any other country in which the Company conducts retail operations or has plans to conduct retail operations within eighteen (18) months following the Termination Date.

Restricted Area. Means the geographical area within which Executive performed services for the Company or its Affiliates or for which Executive had any responsibility or about which Executive received Proprietary Information during the term of Executive's employment with the Company.
