Restricted Area

Restricted Area. For purposes of this Employment Agreement, the term "Restricted Area" shall mean the entire world.

Restricted Area. For purposes of this Employment Agreement, Executive agrees that due to the Company's engaging in business throughout the world, it is reasonable that the term "Restricted Area" shall mean the entire world.

Restricted Area. Shall mean every State in the United States, and every foreign country, in which the Company has sold more than $2,500,000 worth of goods and/or services in the thirty-six (36) month period immediately preceding the last date of Employee's employment with the Company.

Restricted Area. The United Kingdom.

Restricted Area. Shall mean the following areas in North Carolina: (i) Alamance and Guilford Counties; (ii) Alamance, Guilford and all counties contiguous with Alamance or Guilford County; and (iii) The area within a 15-mile radius of any full-service banking office of the Bank as of the date on which the Employee's employment with the Bank terminates. 3

Restricted Area. Shall mean the areas within a fifty (50) mile radius of any specifically identified location at which the Company or one of its Affiliates operates a casino, or has publicly announced in good faith an intention to operate a casino, on the date of termination or expiration of the Executive's employment; provided, however, that (i) if the Company or one of its Affiliates operates a casino, or has publicly announced in good faith an intention to operate a casino, in... the Las Vegas Strip and/or Las Vegas Downtown market areas but not in the Las Vegas Locals market area, then the Restricted Area in respect of such casino or casinos shall be applicable only to Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Downtown market area casinos, and (ii) if the Company or one of its Affiliates operates a casino, or has publicly announced in good faith an intention to operate a casino, in the Las Vegas Locals market area but not in the Las Vegas Strip and/or Las Vegas Downtown market areas, then the Restricted Area in respect of such casino or casinos shall be applicable only to Las Vegas Locals market area casinos. Restricted Area. Shall be any state, province, territory or foreign country in which the Company markets, operates or conducts its tour programs.

Restricted Area. Means, because the Companies do business throughout the United States, and the Executive shall have responsibilities for the Companies throughout the United States, all states of the United States.

Restricted Area. Any area within a one hundred fifty (150) mile radius of any location in which the Company or any of its Affiliates are directly or indirectly engaged in the development, ownership, operation or management of casinos or slot route operations or are actively pursuing any such activities

Restricted Area. Means an area within a fifty (50) mile radius of any daily newspaper publication of Lee, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, owned as of the Termination Date; provided, however, that the Restricted Area for the Carlisle, Pennsylvania publications of Lee shall be the Carlisle Newspaper Designated Market, as presently established by Lee and the Audit Bureau of Circulations.
