Restricted Shares

Restricted Shares. Means Common Shares granted or sold pursuant to Section 6 of this Plan as to which neither the substantial risk of forfeiture nor the prohibition on transfers referred to in such Section 6 has expired.

Restricted Shares. Means an Award of Shares under Section 5(d) that may be subject to certain restrictions and to a risk of forfeiture.

Restricted Shares. Means Shares that have been contingently awarded to a Participant by the Committee subject to the restrictions referred to in Section 12 of the Plan, so long as such restrictions are in effect.

Restricted Shares. Shares that are subject to the Forfeiture Restrictions under this Agreement.

Restricted Shares. Or "Restricted Stock" means shares of Common Stock awarded to a Participant under this Plan, subject to payment of such consideration, if any, and such conditions on vesting (which may include, among others, the passage of time, specified performance objectives or other factors) and such transfer and other restrictions as are established in or pursuant to this Plan and the related Award Agreement, for so long as such shares remain unvested under the terms of the applicable Award Agreement.

Restricted Shares. Means the restricted shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 of the Plan and the relevant Award Agreement.

Restricted Shares. The Shares issued as a result of a Restricted Stock Award

Restricted Shares. The [__________] Shares which are subject to delivery rights, vesting and forfeiture in accordance with the terms of this Award

Restricted Shares. Means Shares granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(d) that is subject to certain restrictions and to a risk of forfeiture.

Restricted Shares. Means restricted shares of Common Stock, subject to the terms and conditions provided for in Section 9.
