Restricted Shares

Restricted Shares. Any Shares that are not Released Shares.

Restricted Shares. Means Shares granted under Section 10 hereof so long as such Shares remain subject to one or more restrictions.

Restricted Shares. Shares that are subject to a risk of forfeiture and/or restrictions on transfer, which may lapse upon the achievement or partial achievement of performance goals during a specified period and/or upon the completion of a period of service or upon the occurrence of other events, as determined by the Committee.
