Restricted Stock

Example Definitions of "Restricted Stock"
Restricted Stock. Shares acquired pursuant to the exercise of an unvested Option in accordance with Section 10(h), or pursuant to an election pursuant to a Stock Purchase Right granted under Section 12(b) or Section 14.
Restricted Stock. Any Common Stock that is restricted as to transferability and subject to forfeiture provisions
