Restricted Stock

Restricted Stock. An Award that is a grant of Common Stock subject to forfeiture or a Restricted Period, or both, and such other terms and conditions determined by the Committee, as provided in Paragraph 9

Restricted Stock. A Share(s) of Common Stock issued to a Participant which will Vest in accordance with the conditions, if any, specified in the Participant's Award Agreement

Restricted Stock. Any Common Stock that has its transfer restricted or that is subject to forfeiture provisions as provided in the Award Agreement relating thereto

Restricted Stock. Restricted stock granted to a Participant as a form of Stock Award under the Equity Incentive Plan

Restricted Stock. The shares of Common Stock that are issued to a Participant, where the Participant does not immediately possess a vested right to those shares

Restricted Stock. Shall mean any compensatory restricted stock or stock units of the Company or any of its affiliates; any compensatory phantom shares or analogous rights granted by or on behalf of the Company or any of its affiliates (other than Performance Shares); and any securities or rights received in respect of any of the foregoing securities or rights.

Restricted Stock. Shares subject to the restrictions imposed pursuant to Paragraph 7(d) of the Plan and the Award

Restricted Stock. Any securities of the Company, the certificates for which are required to bear the legend set forth in Section 2 hereof, except that such term shall not include Original Stockholders Stock, Series B Warrants, Series B Warrant Shares, the Convertible Preferred Shares, Conversion Shares and shares of Series E Preferred Stock

Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock acquired pursuant to a grant of a Stock Award under Section 12 of the Plan that is subject to certain restrictions as set forth in Section 12 and in the Award Agreement

Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock granted to a Participant under the Plan subject to certain restrictions during the Restricted Period established by the Committee.
