Restricted Stock

Restricted Stock. Any Share issued with the restriction that the Grantee may not sell, transfer, pledge, or assign such Share and such other restrictions (which may include, but are not limited to, restrictions on the right to vote or receive dividends) which may expire separately or in combination, at one time or in installments, all as specified by the Award

Restricted Stock. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Equity Participation Plan

Restricted Stock. An Award of Common Shares that are subject to restrictions or risk of forfeiture.

Restricted Stock. An offer under the Plan to sell (or issue through a SAR or Stock Bonus) Shares that are subject to restrictions

Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan, as evidenced by an Award Agreement

Restricted Stock. An Award entitling a Participant to shares of Common Stock that are nontransferable and subject to forfeiture until specific conditions established by the Board are satisfied

Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock Award under Section 8, Section 11 or Section 12

Restricted Stock. An award granted pursuant to Section 6.1 of actual Shares issued to a Participant that is evidenced by book-entry registration or a certificate in the name of the Participant and to be settled in Shares

Restricted Stock. An award of shares of Common Stock made pursuant to Section 9 of this Plan that is nontransferable and forfeitable by the Participant until the completion of a specified period of future service, the achievement of pre-established performance objectives or until otherwise determined by the Administrator

Restricted Stock. An Award of shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to this Plan. Except as expressly provided herein or in the applicable Award Agreement, the term "Restricted Stock" shall include any Award of restricted stock units granted pursuant to Section 5(g) of this Plan
