Example Definitions of "Restricted Stock"
Restricted Stock. Any Award of Common Stock granted under Section 9 which becomes vested and nonforfeitable, in whole or in part, upon the satisfaction of such conditions as shall be determined by the Committee
Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock granted under this Plan, which are subject to restrictions on transfer and potential forfeiture during the applicable restricted period
