Restricted Stock

Restricted Stock. An Award of restricted Shares granted under Section 7(d). Restricted Stock shall cease to be Restricted Stock at the time that the restrictions and risks of forfeiture lapse in accordance with the terms of this Plan or the applicable Award Agreement.

Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock, subject to certain specified restrictions (including, without limitation, a requirement that the Participant remain continuously employed by the Company or any of its Affiliates or provide continuous services to the Company or any of its Affiliates for a specified period of time), granted under Section 9 of the Plan.

Restricted Stock. An Award of shares of Common Stock that is subject to restrictions described in Section 8(b)(v).

Restricted Stock. Means Shares awarded to a Participant under Section 6 subject to certain vesting conditions and other restrictions.

Restricted Stock. Stock granted under Section 9 that is subject to those restrictions set forth therein and the Award Agreement

Restricted Stock. An award of shares of Common Stock that is subject to certain conditions on vesting and restrictions on transferability as provided in Section 15 of the Plan

Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock issued to a Participant pursuant to this Plan which are subject to certain restrictions as set forth in a Restricted Stock Agreement

Restricted Stock. An Award pursuant to Section 8 below that grants the recipient a right to purchase or receive Shares that are subject to restrictions as determined by the Administrator and set forth in an Award Agreement. Upon the lapse of all such restrictions, the Shares will cease to be Restricted Stock for purposes of the Plan
