Restricted Territory

Restricted Territory. Means each and every state, province, city or other political subdivision throughout the United States of America, its territories and possessions.

Restricted Territory. Means (i) prior to the Termination Date, any geographic area in which any member of the Company Group engages in the Competitive Business and (ii) with respect to the portion of the Restricted Period commencing on the Termination Date, any geographic area in which any member of the Company Group engages in the Competitive Business as of the Termination Date, or had previously taken steps to engage in the Competitive Business (which efforts have not been abandoned as of the Termination Date).

Restricted Territory. Means and includes the United States, each member country of the European Union and Japan.

Restricted Territory. Each and every country, province, state, city, or other political subdivision of the world in which the Buyer, the Company or any of their respective affiliates is currently engaged, or during the term of the Agreement engages, in business or otherwise distributes, licenses or sells its products.

Restricted Territory. Means all geographical areas within a 100 mile radius of each facility from which or with respect to which, as of the date of this Agreement: (a) the Company or its Affiliates manufacture or distribute wire and cable products; and (b) the Executive has responsibility for representing the Company or its Affiliates. Restricted Territory. Shall mean each and every country, province, state, city, or other political subdivision of the world in which the Company is currently engaged in business or otherwise proposing to or targeting to distribute, license or sell its products, services or technologies.

Restricted Territory. Means any city and county or similar political subdivision of each state of the United States of America (including each of the counties in the State of California, and each state, territory or possession of the United States of America), and all foreign jurisdictions, including but not limited to all foreign cities, states, provinces, counties or other similar political subdivisions, worldwide.

Restricted Territory. Each country within North America, as well as any other country in which the Company conducts, has conducted, or demonstrably intends to conduct Business, during the period of Executive's Employment Agreement and as of the Termination Date

Restricted Territory. Means (i) the United States, and (ii) worldwide in relation to any pharmaceutical or biotechnology product that contains sodium oxybate (or any other salt, or any analog or prodrug, of oxybate) as an active pharmaceutical ingredient, in any formulation or presentation or for any indication.

Restricted Territory. Means (a) the United States, and (b) any other country in which the Company does business, has customers, or is soliciting customers at the time this restriction becomes applicable.
