Restricted Territory. Restricted Territory. For all purposes under this Agreement, 'Restricted Territory' shall mean any state, county, or locality in the United States or around the world in which the Company conducts business.
Restricted Territory. The geographic area consisting of each of the states, territories, districts, and lands of the United States, and any other geographic area in which the Company or any of its affiliates conducts, has conducted within the immediately preceding year, or has proposed to conduct within the immediately preceding year, its business.

Restricted Territory. Each and every country, province, state, city, or other political subdivision of the world in which the Company is currently engaged in the Business or otherwise preparing, proposing or targeting to engage in the Business, and for the avoidance of doubt, shall include, without limitation, the United States and Israel.
