Restricted Territory. Any geographical area or territory in the United States within a 75-mile radius of where the Company or any of its affiliates operates and for or within which Executive performed any services for the Company or any of its affiliates or for which Executive had any responsibility or about which Executive received Confidential Information during the last twenty-four (24) months of Executive's employment with the Company or any of its affiliates.
Restricted Territory. Canada and the United States.
