Restricted Territory. Anywhere within a fifty (50) mile radius of any Bank office, branch, loan production office, or deposit production office that existed at any time during the Restricted Non-Compete Period or exists as of the Executive's Date of Termination. Executive may not avoid the purpose and intent of this paragraph by engaging in conduct within the restricted area from a remote location through means such as telecommunications, written correspondence, computer generated or assisted communications, or... other similar methods.
