Restricted Territory

Restricted Territory. The geographic area described in Exhibit A attached hereto. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that this is the area in which the Company and its Affiliates do business at the time of the execution of this Agreement, and in which the Executive will have responsibility, at a minimum, on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates.

Restricted Territory. Anywhere in the United States.

Restricted Territory. Means: (i) the geographic territory assigned to Employee by the Company during the last 12 months of Employee's employment; (ii) those states and provinces within the United States and Canada in which Employee assisted the Company to engage in the Business at any time during the last 12 months of Employee's employment; (iii) those states and provinces within the United States and Canada in which the Company engaged in the Business and had Company Customers at any time during the last 12 months... of Employee's employment. Restricted Territory. For all purposes under this Agreement, 'Restricted Territory' shall mean any state, county, or locality in the United States or around the world in which the Company conducts business.

Restricted Territory. The geographic area consisting of each of the states, territories, districts, and lands of the United States, and any other geographic area in which the Company or any of its affiliates conducts, has conducted within the immediately preceding year, or has proposed to conduct within the immediately preceding year, its business.

Restricted Territory. Shall mean each of the following areas in which the Purchaser maintains, with respect to the Business, operations, facilities or Customers: (a) the United States of America; and (b) all other countries of the world; provided that the Company maintains non-trivial operations, facilities, or customers in such geographic area as of the Closing Date.

Restricted Territory. Shall mean the United States and Canada. Grantee acknowledges and agrees that the Restricted Territory accurately describes the territory in which the Company manufactures, markets, and/or sells products.

Restricted Territory. Means [________] Counties, Florida and any other county in which Executive is working on behalf of the Company during the one (1) year preceding the conduct in question (if the conduct occurs while Executive is still employed by the Company) or the Date of Termination (if the conduct occurs after Executive's Termination), as applicable.

Restricted Territory. The entire world, but if Participant's position does not involve global responsibilities or a court of competent jurisdiction deems such geographic scope to be overly broad, then it means any country and state where Participant works or with which Participant has material contact; or with respect to which Participant has responsibility, supervision, and/or knowledge of the business, customers or other Confidential Information of Tiffany or any of its Affiliates

Restricted Territory. Each and every country, province, state, city, or other political subdivision of the world in which the Company is currently engaged in the Business or otherwise preparing, proposing or targeting to engage in the Business, and for the avoidance of doubt, shall include, without limitation, the United States and Israel.
