Salary

Salary. Your base salary payable to you by Triarc, in an amount of no less than $575,000 per year

Salary. Means the annual base cash component of the Remuneration Package referred to in clause 6.1, as reviewed from time to time in accordance with clause 6.5 of this Agreement;

Salary. Shall mean the base salary of a Participant for a Fiscal Year. For purposes of the foregoing, base salary shall include (i) amounts which the Participant elects to forego to provide benefits under a plan which satisfies the provisions of section 401(k) or section 125 of the Code and (ii) amounts which the Participant elects to defer under a deferred compensation plan or program, other than an equity-based deferred compensation plan, adopted by the Company. Salary. Means an Employee's base salary.

Salary. Means a Participant's base annual salary before reduction for (i) compensation voluntarily deferred or contributed by the Participant under qualified or nonqualified plans of SAFECO or any Subsidiary and (ii) amounts not included in the Participant's gross income under Code Sections 125, 402(e), and 402(h) pursuant to plans established by SAFECO or any Subsidiary.

Salary. Shall mean the annual salary provided for in Section 3 below, as adjusted from time to time.

Salary. With respect to a Participant, the highest annual salary rate in effect for such Participant during the Covered Period.

Salary. Shall mean a Key Employee's annual base salary rate in effect on his or her Termination Date except that, in the case of a termination by such Key Employee for Mutual Benefit as result of a reduction in his or her annual base rate of salary, the term "Salary" shall mean such annual base rate in effect immediately prior to such reduction.
