Example Definitions of "Secured Obligations"
Secured Obligations. Means (i) the Note Obligations and (ii) the 13% Secured Notes Obligations.
Secured Obligations. Means each and all of the following: (a) all of the present and future obligations of Grantors arising from this Agreement, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including any Guaranty), (b) all Bank Product Obligations, and (c) all Obligations of Borrower, including, in the case of each of clauses (a), (b) and (c), all Lender Group Expenses
Secured Obligations. Shall mean the Secured Debt (as defined in the Collateral Trust Agreement).
Secured Obligations. Means "Secured Obligations" as defined in the Collateral Agreement.
Secured Obligations. Shall mean and include all loans, advances, debts, liabilities and obligations, howsoever arising, owed by the Company and Restricted Subsidiaries to the Lender of every kind and description, now existing or hereafter arising under or pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents or the Other Agreements, including without limitation, all interest, fees, charges, expenses, and attorneys' fees and costs payable by the Company and Restricted Subsidiaries hereunder and thereunder, in each case,... whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, and whether or not arising after the commencement of a proceeding under Title 11 of the United States Code (11 U. S. C. Section 101 et seq. ), as amended from time to time (including without limitation post-petition interest) and whether or not allowed or allowable as a claim in any such proceeding. Secured Obligations. All of the indebtedness, obligations and liabilities of Borrower to Lender, individually or collectively, whether direct or indirect, joint or several, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising under or in respect of any of the Loan Documents, all Obligations under and as defined in the Guaranty and all of Pledgor's obligations under this Pledge Agreement provided that Secured Obligations shall in no event include Excluded Swap Obligations.
Secured Obligations. The definition of "Secured Obligations" in Article 9 of the Security Agreement is hereby amended to add the following proviso at the end of clause (ii) thereof "; provided that "Secured Other Obligations" shall not include any obligations, liabilities or indebtedness under any Interest Rate Protection Agreement if and to the extent such obligations, liabilities or indebtedness are secured by a Lien permitted under clause (xxviii) of Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement".
Secured Obligations. Shall mean any "Secured Obligations" as that term is defined in the Credit Agreement.
Secured Obligations. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Secured Obligations. Means the payment in full when due of all outstanding principal, accrued but unpaid interest and outstanding Lender Costs under the Secured Promissory Notes
