Example Definitions of "Secured Obligations"
Secured Obligations. Has the meaning set forth in Section ?3.
Secured Obligations. Means, collectively, (a) the Obligations, (b) all obligations and liabilities of the Companies owing to a Lender (or an entity that is an affiliate of a then existing Lender) under Hedge Agreements, and (c) the Bank Product Obligations owing to a Lender (or an entity that is an affiliate of a then existing Lender) under Bank Product Agreements; provided that Secured Obligations of a Credit Party shall not include Excluded Swap Obligations owing from such Credit Party.
Secured Obligations. Shall mean, collectively, the principal of and interest on the Notes and the Amended Note issued or issuable (as applicable) by the Company and held by the Secured Party, and all other amounts from time to time owing to the Secured Party by the Company.
Secured Obligations. All advances to, and debts, liabilities, obligations, covenants and duties of, any Loan Party arising under any Loan Document or otherwise with respect to any Loan, whether direct or indirect (including those acquired by assumption), absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising and including interest and fees that accrue after the commencement by or against any Loan Party of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Laws naming such Person as the debtor in such... proceeding, regardless of whether such interest and fees are allowed claims in such proceeding. Secured Obligations. Secured Obligations. The security interests in all right, title and interest of such Additional Subsidiary Guarantor in all Collateral (as defined in the Pledge Agreement) that it now owns or hereafter acquires and whether now existing or hereafter coming into existence provided for by Article III of the Pledge Agreement as collateral security for the Secured Obligations and agrees that the Schedules thereof shall be supplemented as provided in Appendices A and B hereto.
