Example Definitions of "Securities Act"
Securities Act. Means the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, including the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Securities Act. Shall mean the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and includes the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") promulgated thereunder, as such shall then be in effect.
Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. 10
Securities Act. Shall mean the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any successor legislation.
Securities Act. Or "Act" shall mean the Securities Act of 1933, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended.
