Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the applicable rulings and regulations thereunder
Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and, in each case, any successor thereto, all as the same may be in effect from time to time.
