Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1933, and any amendments thereto
Securities Act. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Transaction Agreement.
Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any successor statute or statutes thereto, including any rules and other official guidance promulgated under any such statute. Reference to any particular section of the Securities Act shall include any successor section.
Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Commission promulgated thereunder, all as the same shall be in effect at the time (or any successor statute and related rules and regulations).
