Example Definitions of "Securities Act"
Securities Act. Has the meaning set forth on the face of this Note.
Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. -3- "Special Counsel" means Richardson & Patel LLP, for which the Holders will be reimbursed by the Company pursuant to Section 4.
Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1933, or any similar Federal statute, and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder, all as the same shall be in effect at the time of determination.
