Example Definitions of "Securities Act"
Securities Act. Means Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, or any similar federal statute, and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any other federal agency then administering the Securities Act) under that legislation, all as they may be in effect at the time.
Securities Act. Will mean the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
