Example Definitions of "Securities"
Securities. Shall mean, the $500,000,000 principal amount of the Company's Senior Notes due January 26, 2007 to be issued and sold to the Purchasers, and securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture.
Securities. Shall mean 150,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock to be borrowed by Borrower pursuant to the Share Lending Agreement and sold by the Managing Underwriter.
Securities. Such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Contract.
Securities. Means all stock aid other securities of the Company ---------- now owned or hereafter acquired by Pledgor, including, without limitation, the Securities listed on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Securities. Means each of the Senior Notes, the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Shares and the Guarantees.

Shall mean, collectively, (i) the Common Stock, the Series B Preferred Stock, the Series C Preferred Stock, the Initial Warrant and the Note purchased pursuant to the First Purchase Agreement, (ii) the Compensatory Warrant that may be issued pursuant to the First Amendment, (iii) the Conversion Stock issued pursuant to the Fourth Amendment and (iv) the Series B Preferred Stock purchased, or to be purchased in the future, pursuant to the Second Purchase Agreement.
Securities. Shall mean securities or, if agreed by the parties in writing, other assets.
Securities. Shall mean the Company's common stock.
