Example Definitions of "Securities"
Securities. Means the Preferred Shares, the Modified Warrant and the Additional Warrant.
Securities. Are all or any part of the Common Stock purchased by the Holder or purchasable by the Holder upon the exercise of the Warrant.
Securities. Means the Initial Securities and the Remaining Securities.
Securities. Shall mean, collectively, the $750,000,000 principal amount of the Company's 5 1/2% Fixed Rate Senior Notes due October 15, 2010 and the $300,000,000 principal amount of the Company's Floating Rate Senior Notes due October 17, 2005 to be issued and sold to the Purchasers, and securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture.
Securities. Shall mean the Preferred Stock and the Common Stock or other securities issuable in respect of the Preferred Stock, upon redemption or in connection with a Business Combination (as defined in the Certificate of Designations).
Securities. Means the Senior Note.
Securities. Shall mean, collectively, the 13.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2008 of the Company to be issued and sold to the Purchasers and any other such notes issued after the date hereof pursuant to the Indenture, and securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture other than the Exchange Securities.
Securities. Shall mean the Company's Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 to be issued and sold to the Purchasers and securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture.
Securities. Shall mean the 4.875% Notes due 2012, Series A of the Company to be issued and sold to the Purchasers, and securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof, respectively, pursuant to the Indenture.
Securities. Means the Series D Preferred Shares and the Conversion Shares. ----------
