Securities

Securities. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals.

Securities. The Common Stock, the Pre-fudned Warrants and the Warrant Shares, to the extent registered under the Shelf Registration Statement

Securities. The Keywin Shares, the Keywin Option, the Option Shares, the New Notes and the Conversion Shares

Securities. Means the Conversion Shares issued pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement, together with any Warrant Shares and any other securities issued or issuable upon any stock split, dividend or other distribution, recapitalization or similar event or conversion price adjustment with respect thereto
