Securities. Has the meaning set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
Securities. Means any Loans, Notes, related guaranties set forth in the Credit Agreement, the Warrants, any shares of Common Stock issued upon exercise of a Warrant and any Shares of Common Stock to satisfy obligations to pay interest due and payable under the Credit Agreement.
