Security Documents

Security Documents. The Security Agreement, the Stock Pledge Agreements, the Foreign Pledge Agreements, the Canadian Assignment Documents, the Agency Agreements, the Lock Box Agreement, the Membership Interest Pledge Agreement and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments, or other instruments or documents, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and the Banks, which shall grant to the Agent, for the benefit of the Banks and the Agent, Liens upon all of the Collateral.

Security Documents. Means the Pledge Agreements.

Security Documents. Means the collective reference to (i) the Security Agreement and each other agreement or writing pursuant to which the Company and/or WBS purports to pledge or grant a security interest in any property or assets securing the Company's and/or WBS's obligations or any such Person purports to guaranty the payment and/or performance of the Company's and/or WBS's obligations and (ii) the Subordination Agreement, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Security Documents. Collectively, the Security Agreement and any other document securing payment of the Note and the other obligations of the Borrower to the Lender.

Security Documents. Means the Senior Security Documents and the Subordinated Security Documents, collectively.

Security Documents. Shall have the meaning set forth for that term in Paragraph B of the Recitals of this Agreement.

The Security Agreement and any other agreement providing Lender or any of its Affiliates with security for this Note, and any financing statements, assignments, notices or other documents related to any of the foregoing (as they may be amended from time to time in writing in accordance with their terms).

Means all of the documents and instruments evidencing the collateral security of the Lender, including without limitation, all UCC Financing Statements with respect to the Collateral, all Mortgages, all Intellectual Property Security Agreements, all Pledge Agreements, all Environmental Indemnity Agreements, and the Assignment of Life Insurance.
