Security Documents

Security Documents. Means the Letters of Credit, the Guaranty Agreements, any and all UCC financing statements evidencing present or future security interests which are collateral for the Obligations, all as same may be amended, such agreements and documents being dated on or about the date hereof, and any and all other documents, instruments or agreements now or hereafter securing or providing collateral for the Obligations and all agreements and instruments delivered in connection therewith.

Security Documents. Means this Agreement, the Wholesale Lockbox and Collection Account Agreement, the Patent and Trademark Security Agreement, the Mortgage, the Collateral Pledge Agreement, the Collateral Assignment and any other document delivered to the Lender from time to time to secure the Indebtedness.

Security Documents. Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Note Purchase Agreement, and shall include all successors thereto.

Security Documents. The Security Agreement, the Mortgages, if any, and all other instruments, documents and agreements delivered by any of the Companies or any of their Subsidiaries in order to grant to any holder of a Term Note, a Lien on any real, personal or mixed Property of the Companies or one of their Subsidiaries as security for the obligations under the Term Notes.

Security Documents. Means, collectively, this Agreement, each Copyright Security Agreement, Patent Security Agreement and Trademark Security Agreement, the Assignment of Life Insurance Policy as Collateral insuring the life of Richard Snow, and any other agreement, instrument or document securing the Secured Obligations.

Security Documents. The security documents that grant the Lender a security for repayment of the loan granted under the Credit Facility Agreement.

Security Documents. Means, the Noteholder Agreements, the Lender Agreements, the Moriah Agreements and the TAB Loan Documents.

Security Documents. Means, collectively, the Security Agreement, any other security agreement or instrument in favor of Lender securing the Secured Indebtedness.

Security Documents. Means this Security Agreement, any copyright security agreement, any patent security agreement, any trademark security agreement, any control agreements and each other security agreement, instrument or document executed and delivered or otherwise entered into to secure the Secured Obligations

Security Documents. Means the Security Agreement and each other security agreement, mortgage, deed of trust, assignment or other instrument or agreement now or hereafter directly or indirectly securing any Obligations of the Borrower or any guaranty of any Obligations.
