Separation From Service. Executive's separation from service (within the meaning of Code Section 409A) from ValueVision and its Affiliates.

Separation From Service. Within the meaning of Section 409A

Separation From Service. The date on which the Company and Officer reasonably anticipate that no further services will be performed after such date, or that the level of bona fide services Officer will perform after such date will permanently decrease to no more than 20% of the average level of bona fide services performed over the immediately preceding 36-month period. Whether a Separation from Service occurs shall be interpreted consistent with Section 1.409A-1(h) of the U.S. Treasury Regulations.

Separation From Service. A "separation from service" within the meaning of Treas. Reg. §1.409A-1(h)

Separation From Service. Shall have the meaning provided under Section 409A of the code and regulations thereto

Separation From Service. A Participant's termination of service with the Participating Employer, but only to the extent such termination of service is considered to be a 'separation from service' described in Section 409A(a)(2) of the Code

Separation From Service. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 409A(a)(2)(A)(i) of the Code

Separation From Service. Means termination of Executive's employment with the Employers for reasons other than death or Disability and shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code and Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(h) based on the facts and circumstances surrounding the termination of the Executive's employment and whether the Employers and the Executive intended for the Executive to provide significant services for the Employers following such termination.

Separation From Service. Shall have the meaning attributed by the provisions of the Treasury Regulations issued under Section 409A, as amended
