Separation From Service

Separation From Service. Shall have the meaning attributed to such term under Section 409A of the Code.

Separation From Service. Separation from service (within the meaning of Code Section 409A and the regulations and other guidance promulgated thereunder) with the group of companies that includes the Company and each of its "409A Affiliates." Separation From Service. The termination of services provided by a Participant to his or her Employer, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(h).
