Service

Service. Means the provision of services by a Participant to the Company or any Affiliate in any Service Provider capacity. A Service Provider's Service shall be deemed to have terminated either upon an actual cessation of providing services to the Company or any Affiliate or upon the entity to which the Service Provider provides services ceasing to be an Affiliate. Service. Grantee's continuous service as a common law employee of, or as a planner with a full-time agent's contract with, LNC or any Subsidiary.
