Service

Service. The performance of services to the Company by a Service Provider

Service. Means any one or more of the management and administrative services available from Holdings and described on Exhibit A hereto and as requested by Fantex of Holdings from time to time.

Service shall not be deemed to have terminated merely because of a change in the capacity in which an individual renders Service to the Company (or any Parent or Subsidiary) or a change in the corporation for which the individual renders such Service, provided that there is no interruption or termination of the individual's Service
