Service

Service. Shall mean continuous regular employment with the Corporation or a Related Corporation, even if a Participant can no longer make contributions because he or she no longer works for a Participating Employer.

Service. Years of employment in years and completed full months ------- with the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, including years of Service with a company or operating entity acquired by the Company.

Service. Your performance of services for the Corporation in the capacity of a non-employee member of the Board of Directors. Service. Means, as applicable, a Participant's service with the Company or an Affiliate, as an Employee, Non-Employee Director or Consultant. For purposes of the Plan, a Participant's Service shall not be deemed to have been terminated merely because of a change in the capacity in which the Participant renders service to the Company or an Affiliate as an Employee, Consultant or Non-Employee Director or merely because of a transfer of the Participant's Service between the Company and/or Affiliates...
