Shareholders

Shareholders. Means the holders of Common Stock from time to time outstanding.

Shareholders. Shall mean all of the shareholders of the Company.

Shareholders. Hereinafter, A & W Shapiro, N. Shapiro and the Estate shall be referred to collectively as the "Shareholders".

Shareholders. Shall mean those certain stockholders of the Company who are parties to this Agreement, the Merger Agreement or the Registration Rights Agreement (each a "Shareholder" and collectively the "Shareholders").

Shall mean the Parent and the Investor and any other Person in whose name any Shares are registered in the Register of Members pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and who has executed a Deed of Ratification and Accession and "SHAREHOLDER" shall mean any one of them;

Shareholders. Means and includes all individuals and entities having any ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in Sellers and all officers and directors of either Seller, which have been represented by Sellers to be only Charles Kienzel and Bruce Byrne.
