Shares

Shares. A number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Performance Shares.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock, including the shares of Common Stock underlying any rights to acquire shares of Common Stock, held by the Holders as set forth on Schedule 1 and the Merger Shares

Shares. Means the Ordinary Shares purchased by the Subscribers pursuant to the Subscription Agreements

Shares. A number of shares of the Company's Common Stock equal to the number of RSUs (or such greater or lesser number of shares as may be vested and earned herein, as determined in the Committee's discretion).

Shares. Means the Class B subordinate voting shares in the capital of the Corporation

Shares. The class A ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (i.e., "Shares A")

Shares. Means the maximum number of shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to Investor pursuant to the Transaction Documents. For the avoidance of doubt, the "Shares" include, without limitation, the shares of Common Stock issuable to Investor pursuant to a redemption or conversion of the Series E Preferred Stock issued to Investor under the Purchase Agreement

Shares. The shares of Common Stock which may be issued upon conversion of the Series X Preferred Shares.

Shares. The shares of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock issued to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

Shares. Collectively, the Ordinary Shares, the Founder Shares and the Ordinary Shares issued or issuable upon the conversion of the Private Placement Warrants or the Founder Shares
