Shares

Shares. All Ordinary Shares, Series A Shares and Series B-1 Shares and for purposes of this Agreement, excludes Series B Preference Shares of the Company

Shares. The shares of Common Stock received by the Stockholders in connection with the Merger.

Shares. The number of shares of Common Stock being purchased by the Grantee on the date hereof and any additional shares of Common Stock or other securities received in respect of the Shares, as a dividend on, or otherwise on account of, the Shares.

Shares. Any and every class of capital stock of the Company and any other share or security which is convertible into capital stock of the Company or has voting rights upon the happening of any event

Shares. The Class A Common Stock, $5.00 par value, of the Company and such other securities of the Company as may be substituted for Shares or such other securities pursuant to Section 9.
