Shares

Shares. As such term is defined in the Plan.

Shares. Shall mean shares in a corporation or units representing limited liability company interest or limited partnership interests, as applicable.

Shares. Means the American Depositary Shares, each such American Depositary Share representing one ordinary share of the Company ("ADSs"), nominal value $0.000042 per share ("Ordinary Shares"), sold to the Investor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Subsequent ADSs (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement) that may be sold to the Investor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Shares. Shall mean the Company's Common Shares issued or issuable pursuant to this Agreement.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock which may be issued upon conversion of the Series X Preferred Stock held by Holders or upon exercise of the Warrants held by Purchasers

Shares. The Shares, as defined in the Securities Purchase Agreement

Shares. The shares of Common Stock subject to an Option granted under this Plan

Shares. Means the shares of the Company’s Common Stock issued to the Founders in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement.

Shares. Means, collectively, the shares of Common Stock subject to the Award, whether or not such shares are Vested Shares.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued to the ViroChem Vendors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, as listed on Schedule A.
