Shares

Shares. Has the meaning specified in the second Whereas clause of this Agreement.

Shares. Means shares of Class A-1 Common Stock of the Company.

Shares. Shall mean shares of A-1 common stock of the Company.

Shares. Means shares of common stock of the Company, $1.66-2/3 par value, or such other class or kind of shares or other securities as may be applicable pursuant to Section 5.2(b).

Shall mean (i) all issued shares of Common Stock Beneficially Owned by Stockholder as of the date hereof, (ii) all shares of FFE restricted stock awards (including performance share awards, if any) Beneficially Owned by Stockholder, and (iii) any additional shares of Common Stock that are issued to Stockholder upon the exercise by Stockholder of FFE stock options, or otherwise acquired by Stockholder, during the period from the date of this Agreement through the Expiration Date. Shares. Has the meaning set forth in the Financing Agreement. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Financing Agreement.

Means (i) any Common Shares purchased or otherwise acquired by any Shareholder and (ii) any Common Shares issued or issuable with respect to the securities referred to in clause (i) above, by way of exercise, conversion, share dividend or share split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization.
