Shares

Shares. Means shares of the Company's Common Stock reserved for issuance under this Plan, as adjusted pursuant to Sections 2 and 18, and any successor security. 9 "Subsidiary" means any corporation (other than the Company) in an unbroken chain of corporations beginning with the Company if, at the time of granting of the Award, each of the corporations other than the last corporation in the unbroken chain owns stock possessing 50% or more of the total combined voting... power of all classes of stock in one of the other corporations in such chain. Shares. Means the Decedent Shares, the Transferor Shares, the Involuntary Transferor Shares, the Disability Shares, the Termination Shares or the Termination Shares, where there is no distinction among them in the context.

Shares. Means those shares granted to you pursuant to the ESPP.

Shares. Shall mean all of the shares of common stock of Vita SPC ------ listed on Schedule I hereto, together with all options or rights of any ---------- nature whatsoever which may be issued or granted by Vita SPC to Pledgor in respect of such shares of common stock while this Pledge Agreement is in effect.
