Shares

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable to the Purchasers on the Closing Date.

Shares. Shares of outstanding stock of Corporation.

Shares. Means the shares of common stock of the Company, no par value per share.

Shares. Means all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Licensee, namely: 63,980,000

Shares. Shall mean the shares of Series B Senior Convertible Preferred Stock, and, if the Second Closing takes place, the shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock issued pursuant to this Agreement.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Merger Agreement (including any securities into which or for which such shares may be exchanged or converted pursuant to any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, recapitalization, reclassification, reorganization or other similar event).

Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the November Securities Purchase Agreement.

Shares. The shares of beneficial interest, $.01 par value per share, of the Company.

Shares. Shall mean in all cases, except where the context clearly requires otherwise, all shares of Company Common Stock owned by the Shareholders.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon the vesting of an RSU or Dividend Unit or, if applicable, on the Deferred Issuance Date.
